Led by three of North Carolina's own, Sugar Pointe, LLC is comprised of Brett Krueger, John Eagan and Phil Schepens who joined forces in 2005 and collectively have more than 26 communities to their credit.

Brett is a second generation builder with extensive residential real estate experience and a love of the mountains. It is his vision that shapes the development of Sugar Pointe and the communities on neighboring Beech Mountain.

John is a second generation developer and builder of residential and multifamily communities spanning from the mountains to the coast. John's focus is on the regulatory approval process and financial operations of the company.

Phil is a professional contractor and focuses on the conceptual implementation of the community. Phil turns the vision into reality with his qualified development team.

Brett, John and Phil utilize their combined expertise and individual talents to create communities that bring the vision to life and experiences for every season to their owner's.
